Making a local record label look the nuts!

CEL36 are an independent record label based in Newcastle, they asked us to create fresh branding along with a site to show their releases and a band website for one of their up and coming artists.

We created a stripped down 2d style technical icon in keeping with recent trends in their market, with a few variations for flexibility and different uses.

For their main web presence we concetrated on their releases being a strong focal point with room for large artwork, video and third party audio from soundcloud which they can easily update via our EDOT-CMS content management system. For their artist site we worked directly with Love+Lies to create a dynamic and engaging promotion tool integral to the bands style and ethos.
