Estate agents Blakes in London required new branding to reflect their change in direction of chartered Surveying services

Owner Roshan Sivapalan had been nominated for young chartered surveyor of the year by the RICS and wished to capitalise upon his spotlight and good fortune.

We engaged Blakes with a bespoke branding package, through meetings and research into their specific marketplace we uncovered the best route and facade to project was an upmarket one.

Through our creative process we delivered corporate identity that positions them uniquely in their sector for the areas they service.

We developed branding with a serious sense of integrity which was executed seamlessly across digital and traditional media including a responsive website, brochure, report covers, social media profile design, stationary and business cards.

The website is CMS database driven, fully responsive scaling to all size screens and devices including mobile correctly, and is robustly optimised for relevant local and national search terms.
